Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at TrendVault. We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on most items, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Item is in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
  • Return is approved by TrendVault customer service before shipping

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items that have been opened or used (e.g., posture correctors worn against skin)
  • Items damaged through customer misuse, improper care, or normal wear
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Free promotional items or gifts
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items without original packaging or accessories

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Email us at [omagi44783@gmail.com] within 30 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Step 2: Wait for return authorization. Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours with:

  • Confirmation of eligibility
  • Return shipping address
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

Step 3: Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • We sent the wrong item
  • The item was significantly different from what was described

In these cases, TrendVault will cover return shipping. Please contact us with photos and your order number, and we'll provide a prepaid return label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50. TrendVault is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued
  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  3. A brief description of the issue

We will arrange one of the following at no cost to you:

  • A free replacement
  • A full refund (including original shipping)
  • Store credit (with a 10% bonus added)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please:

  1. Return the original item following the process above
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

This ensures the fastest delivery of your replacement.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of placement. After this window, your order has likely entered processing with our suppliers and cannot be cancelled. You may return the item under our standard 30-day return policy once it arrives.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused at delivery or returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address:

  • A refund will be issued for the product cost only
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 14 business days of our confirmation:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank — there is often processing time before refunds appear
