## Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within **1-3 business days** (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped, including a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

## Shipping Destinations

At this time, **TrendVault ships exclusively within the United States.** We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand to additional regions in the future.

## Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

**Please note:** Delivery times begin **after** the 1-3 business day processing period and exclude weekends and holidays. Total time from order to delivery is approximately:

## Why Our Shipping Times Vary

Our products are carefully sourced from premium suppliers worldwide to bring you the best trending items at the best prices. Because of this, shipping may take longer than typical domestic-only retailers. We appreciate your patience — quality and value are worth the wait.

## Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment's progress. Please allow up to **3-5 business days** after shipment for tracking information to fully update in the carrier system.

## Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

- Customs processing
- Weather-related disruptions
- Carrier delays
- High-volume periods (holidays, major sales events)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer

While we strive to deliver every order on time, **TrendVault is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.** We will, however, do everything we can to help resolve any issues.

## Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

- The customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping
- Refunds will only be issued for the product cost (minus original shipping fees) if re-shipping is not requested

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.

## Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as **"Delivered"** by the carrier, TrendVault is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend:

- Ensuring someone is available to receive the package
- Using a secure delivery address
- Contacting your local carrier if a package is marked delivered but not received

If your tracking shows the package was lost in transit (not delivered), please contact us within **7 days** of the expected delivery date and we will assist with a replacement or refund.

## Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within **48 hours** of delivery at **[your-email@trendvault.com]** with:

1. Your order number
2. A description of the issue
3. Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

## Returns & Refunds

We offer a **30-day return policy** from the date of delivery on most items.

- Items must be **unused, in original condition, and in original packaging**
- **Customers are responsible for return shipping costs**
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

To initiate a return, email us at **[your-email@trendvault.com]** with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

**Non-returnable items include:**
- Personal care items (used)
- Items damaged through customer misuse

## Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled **within 12 hours** of placement for a full refund. After this window, your order has likely already entered processing with our suppliers and cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may return the item under our standard 30-day return policy.
